Caddo Mills Police Department strives to be professional, courteous, and effective in its service to the citizens of Caddo Mills.  Caddo Mills Police Department also believes that being professional also means being held accountable, good or bad.

If you are pleased with an Officer's Performance and would like to commend them, please complete the form below or even send a letter. 

If a situation arises in which you are displeased, you may also submit an Officer Complaint form listed below.  However, you must come in to fill out a statement for an official complaint.
