Fireworks

There is an ordinance in the City of Caddo Mills concerning fireworks.

You may not:

•     Manufacture fireworks

•     Sell fireworks

•     Offer fireworks for sale

•     Give away fireworks

•     Store fireworks

•     Possess fireworks

•     USE fireworks

Each separate package of fireworks in a person's possession constitutes a separate offense.  Each offense is punishable by a $200.00 fine.

The term "fireworks" does not include caps used in toy guns.
