Junked Vehicles

In the City of Caddo Mills there is an ordinance against "junked vehicles"

In general, a junked vehicle includes any vehicle on your property that is visible from the surrounding public or private property that:

•     Does not have license plates

•     Does not have a valid motor vehicle inspection certificate

•     Has been wrecked

•     Is dismantled

•     Is partially dismantled or discarded

In general, this stipulations do not apply to businesses such as a car lot, junk yard or mechanic shop.
